Orders less than 1lb are shipped 1st Class postal unless otherwise requested and could be subject to a minimum shipping charge Next day air, second day air and 3-day select services are available at additional costs. SALES TAX Presently we are exempt from collecting sales in states other than SC, however these regulations are subject to change. In certain states, we are required to notify the state of all orders in that state, so be aware of your state regulations as we must comply with these requirements.

MEXICO & PUERTO RICO We are no longer able to ship packages to Mexico or Puerto Rico.
EUROPEAN UNION Due to requirements for sellers to have an IOSS tax number and to file monthly tax reports, we can no longer ship to countries in the EU. We can ship to a US-based consolidator of your choosing who can handle the tax requirements.
Return/Exchange Period is 30 days from your invoice date WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued after this 30 day period - NO Exceptions. Notify us by phone at (864) 461-2837 or by email to budsclassiccar@gmail.com if a product is being returned and the reason why. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized and/or COD returns will be refused. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Upon receipt of your order: inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Notify us of any shortages, damages or discrepancies in your order within 7 days of receipt. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER. We cannot accept returns on special orders such as carpet sets, glass, anything we drop ship, etc. The customer is responsible for returning parts in the same condition they were received with proper packaging and shipping prepaid. Any Sealed package must NOT be opened. It must be returned in the same Sealed Condition.
All shipping must be prepaid on any return. No return on Any Item that has been installed. No refunds or exchanges on electrical parts. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. No exceptions.
If your package is damaged in transit to you, please notify us and the carrier (UPS, Post Office, etc.) immediately. Delivery is the responsibility of the carrier, and all shipments are insured for their full value when they leave our company. Do not return the damaged part to us unless instructed to do so. If a damaged part is returned without filing a claim, the carrier will not be responsible, and your loss will not be covered. We will assist in filing the appropriate claim and in handling all communication with the claim representative. Please be sure to keep all packages, boxes, shipping materials, etc. until the claim is resolved. We will require you to take numerous pictures from various angles of the damage as these are required by the carrier.
1. If you cancel a credit card order that has been processed within 24 hours that has not been shipped, an $8.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
2. If the credit card order has already been shipped to you and you then cancel the order, the parts will have to be returned at your expense and a 10% restocking charge and an $8.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
3. If you cancel the credit card order after the item has been shipped and you refuse delivery, the cost to ship and return the item to us by the delivery, a 10% restocking fee and an $8.00 cancellation fee will be charged. *THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
All merchandise is sold without warranty, either express or implied except that your satisfaction is guaranteed on all parts used or installed as originally intended.
